Chevrolet 2005-2006 Corvettes (Wed, 24 May 2006) On certain 2005-2006 Chevrolet Corvettes equipped with painted roofs, the adhesive between the roof panel and the frame may separate. If there is a complete separation, the roof panel may detach from the vehicle and it could strike another vehicle and cause injury and property damage.

Defendants Will Pay $1.85 Million in Consumer Redress
A cross-border telemarketing enterprise has agreed to settle Federal Trade Commission charges that their business tactics violated the FTC Act and the FTC’s Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR). Under the settlement, they will pay full redress to consumers, totaling $1.85 million, and stop their illegal practices, including falsely promising consumers a “guaranteed” low-interest credit card for an advance fee, calling people whose telephone numbers are registered on the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, and failing to pay the required annual fee to access DNC-listed numbers. FTC Releases Report on Post-Katrina Gasoline Price Increases and Manipulation
The Federal Trade Commission today issued a report entitled “Investigation of Gasoline Price Manipulation and Post-Katrina Gasoline Price Increases.” The report details the results of an intensive, Congressionally-mandated Commission investigation into whether gasoline prices nationwide were “artificially manipulated by reducing refinery capacity or by any other form of market manipulation or price gouging practices” and into gasoline pricing by refiners, large wholesalers, and retailers in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Chevrolet 1992-1995 Astro and Blazer, GMC 1992-1995 Jimmy, S Series, Safari, Sonoma, and Typhoon, Help 55163, Napa Balkamp, Oldsmobile 1992-1995 Bravada and The Connection CMFI Fuel Return Lines (Wed, 17 May 2006) Certain R&B, Inc. central Multiport Fuel Injection (CMFI) fuel return lines, models Help 55163, Napa Balkamp 700-3270, and the Connection 2560001, sold for use as replacement equipment for the vehicles listed above. The fuel return line has a mechanical bleed valve which was not installed at the proper torque. A fuel leak can occur at the valve, possibly resulting in a fire.
Jumbo Foods Recalls Smoked Turkey on Sourdough Triple Decker Sandwich
Jumbo Foods of Mukilteo, WA is recalling 762 Smoked Turkey on Sourdough Triple Decker Sandwiches, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short- term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages, and stillbirths among pregnant women.
Smoked Turkey on Sourdough Triple Decker was distributed in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho and was available at convenience stores and on military installations. The product was packaged in clear plastic with a label bearing its name, Smoked Turkey on Sourdough, 6.6oz, coded 051906 16D.

We are recalling these products because one of our suppliers provided us with an ingredient that was not processed in a manner to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria. Consumers are warned not to use the product even if it does not look or smell spoiled.
The products have been sold under the following brands: Great American Deli, Granny Green and Lil' Cindy's.
