Sabil Mumin Mujahid, of Anchorage, Alaska, was sentenced to 10 years in prison following his conviction of being a felon in possession of a firearm or ammunition. Mujahid is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition due to prior felony convictions for attempted murder, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and misconduct involving a controlled substance.

South Carolina Medical Supply Company Settles False Claims Allegations

Former loan officer Kamau Herndon, of Portland, Oregon, was sentenced to serve 24 months in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated identity theft charges in connection with submitting three materially false loan applications to purchase homes for his girlfriend. The applications totaled more than $1.5 million for homes located in Milwaukie and Portland, Oregon and Edmonds, Washington.
